Saturday morning should always be met with a great breakfast, and today is no different, but if there is one thing that I have always been bad at, it is eating breakfast. Busy schedule, busy life, but never a good breakfast. I don't really consider myself a morning person, unless I get to take a nice drive through some country roads, and as a result, breakfast falls by the wayside.

Recently I have been enjoying coffee more and more. I have always liked the taste of coffee, but only as a once in a blue moon kind of pleasure.*
I never really drank too much coffee, because I would always run into the same problem: the coffee would get cold before I would take even a few sips. This led to my drinking coffee becoming a rarity, and thus never gave me the motivation to buy a proper coffee mug. So, when I finally got hold of a mug, and could now keep coffee warm for hours, I could enjoy the coffee slowly as I like to do. This led to me drinking a mug of coffee (16 oz.) a day.
One day I was reflecting on how much coffee I had been drinking, and I couldn't exactly figure out if the amount I was drinking was good or bad. News would have you think it was good, or bad, or whatever was in the feed that day. This made me realize that, out of everything, coffee continuously goes through a cycle of good and bad. The Yin-Yang of health concerns in a way.
